Varkala Beach

Varkala Lighthouse and Aquarium 

The lighthouse was built in 1684 by the Britishers to help them with their ships in navigation. It is almost 130m high and the view from the top is something that you should not miss. 

Kappil Beach and Lake 

The long spread of sand, coconut trees, rocky cliffs make the view look very pleasing to the eyes. It is a perfect spot to sit and watch the sunset.
